THE ORANGE DE NOIRS FROM COSTADOR IS TECHNICALLY A ROSÉ EVEN THOUGH THE COLOUR RECALLS OF A LIGHT ORANGE. WINE FERMENTATION TAKES PLACE IN AMPHORA AND ONCE COMPLETE THE WINE IS AGED IN FRENCH OAK. COSTAD’OR TORROIRS ARE SINGLE-VINEYARDS, ORGANIC WINES PRODUCED FROM OLD VINES IN MOUNTAIN VINEYARDS WITH MAXIMUM HEIGHT OF 864 METERS
